breakfast variety unstocked shower
the breakfast lacked variety i saw no milk for cereal was offered and no hot water for tea. ordinary bread was unavailable and the toaster was missing as well butter was also absent. i found the empty bottles in the shower were not checked and refilled . the bed linen was not changed even once during my four nights.

a decent stay overall

The staff were really helpful . they assisted with directions and local tips, which i appreciated a lot. the breakfast had a nice variety, and the courtyard offered a relaxing space to start the day. the location was also convenient. I found it easy to get to many historical sites.
The steep hill leading to the hotel was a bit challenging. walking up was tiring, especially after a day of sightseeing. the room was clean, yet it felt a little smaller than expected. i also noticed that the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from the street sometimes.

friendly staff superb breakfast convenient location helpful staff broken air conditioning shabby building inconvenient room
the hotel location was very convenient (close to many attractions). the staff were really friendly and helpful . the breakfast they served was superb and offered many options. the room was clean and well maintained.
the air conditioning in my first room was not working well. i had to change rooms in the middle of the night (this was inconvenient). the hotel photos online made the place look nicer than it was in reality. some buildings around the hotel seemed shabby.

An Acceptable Stay
friendly staff good location poor breakfast broken air conditioning
The staff was very helpful and friendly. They arranged a taxi for me from the airport, which I really appreciated. The location was also good, really close to tourist attractions. The room was tidy.
The air conditioning in the room wasn't working as it should. I woke up during the night feeling hot. The breakfast was also a problem because it was poor.

Really good service!
boat tour airport transfer cozy room
I thoroughly appreciated the kind staff. They arranged an AMAZING boat tour for us. Airport transfers were easy, thanks to arrangements made by the hotel. My room was very cozy and impeccably clean. Staff upgraded our room and offered complimentary breakfast- a good surprise!
The walk to the Grand Bazaar involved a very steep hill. Taking a taxi is realistically necessary.
